In the picturesque vineyards of our winery, after months of meticulous care and dedicated work, we have completed the crucial final steps of our 2023 vintage. In an atmosphere of passion and precision, we recently analyzed the evolution of our 2023 vintage wines in depth and held an intensive tasting event under the expert guidance of our oenologist, Herni Fink. Fink, a master of his trade, was enthusiastic about the development and character that our wines have taken on over the course of the year. The 2023 vintage marks another milestone in our tradition of excellent winemaking and, following the final touches, is now ready for bottling – and therefore for delivery from Easter.
Our selection of white wines for this year includes tried and tested favorites such as our distinctive Sauvignon Blanc and the aromatic Viognier. There is also an exciting new addition: the “Blanco”, a sophisticated cuvée of Viognier and Prenzal, which will delight with its unique fusion of flavors. Our popular Rosado, a seductive blend of Syrah and Tempranillo that connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike will appreciate, also remains unchanged.
But the innovations are not limited to our current vintage. We have exciting plans for our product range in 2024. For the first time, we will introduce a sweet white wine designed to be the perfect accompaniment to desserts or intensely flavored dishes. This sweet cuvée, a new development in our range, promises to enrich and complete our product portfolio in an outstanding way.
