In order to give our successful and popular Rosado a special touch again, we put a lot of effort into the harvest and selection in late summer 2021. We were very happy that both the Tempranillo and Syrah vines grew magnificently and characterized an extremely high-quality but high-yield harvest.
To create our signature Rosado we combined the best of Tempranillo and Syrah. Syrah gives us the complex structure here, while Tempranillo adds drinking fun and lightness.
In order to recreate the Provence look for you with a pink-colored lightness, we have already processed our grapes accordingly in the vineyards and only let the berries rest on the mash for a short time. Thus, we were again able to put together a light and refreshing rosé that still shows complexity and structure.
The new Rosado, vintage 2021, is now bottled, labeled, packaged and ready for you to order. We look forward to a relaxed and successful summer with you – and hopefully a lot of drinking pleasure on your side!
