Our own wine cooler, in harmony with the elegance and simplicity of our wine, can be wonderfully presented on the terrace – be it for an aperitif, dinner or just in between.
The wine cooler is not just a decorative element – it is essential for the maximum taste experience. Did you know that the younger and lighter the wine, the colder it should be drunk? Our Sauvignon Blanc should therefore be drunk at around 10 to 12 degrees, while the Chardonnay can tolerate a little more. But watch out: in general, the colder the wine, the greater the risk that the taste will completely “blur”. So you should be careful that the wine always stays within the above limits.
Light rosé wines, such as our Syrah Rosado and Rosado Cuvee, should be drunk between 9 and 11 degrees. Here, taste and cold are in balance – for the optimal drinking experience.
