Our wines
Our vines grow under the Mediterranean sun, between Felanitx and Manacor, around the Finca Son Amaret. So far we produce
- Blanco: exciting white wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Prensal Blanc
- Orange: a mash-fermented orange wine made from Viognier
- (Semi) Dulce: delicate white wine made from Viognier, Moscato and Malvasia – semi-dry as “Semi Dulce” or sweet as “Dulce”
- Rosado: a light rosé made from Syrah, Callet and Tempranillo
- Tinto: powerful red wine like Syrah or Tempranillo (as of fall 2025)
Winemaking
We work close to nature in the cultivation and care of the vines, i.e. also without glyphosate. Because we want to produce quality rather than quantity, the yield is reduced in favor of quality. And so that we can sort out grapes and berries that do not meet our requirements, the grape harvest is done by hand. Quite simply: for us, wine quality is created in the vineyard.
When working in the cellar, unnecessary interventions are avoided – so that our quality work in the vineyard can be transferred to the bottle as close as possible. Except for Chardonnay and the red wines fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit as much as possible. Our wines are dry, i.e. we leave them to fully ferment more or less.
Wine assortment
The Son Amaret range includes varietal wines made from high-quality international and Mallorcan grape varieties in an attractive, trendy wine style. The high quality craftsmanship is also supported by a valuable, elegant and presentable appearance. On the front label of most of our wines you can recognize what makes Mallorca special and indicates the origin of the wine: the waves of the sea that surround the island. The Rosado, on the other hand, features a hatched sun (with folds in the north-east). Regardless of the exterior: where Son Amaret is on the label, there is reliable quality and the Mallorcan sun inside.

Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc combines aromatic, complex fruit with the freshness that a white wine needs for a good balance. It is considered “everybodyʼs darling”, that makes you want to take the next sip.

Chardonnay
With the new Chardonnay, the fruit plays a less important role compared to the structure, complexity and finesse. The result speaks for itself and we call it a new chapter in the history of our Chardonnay.
Viognier
Viognier is one of the great international white wine grape varieties, but until now has tended to have insider tip status – especially on Mallorca. The first sip reveals what sets it apart: concentrated fruit, full body and yet a fine balance.
Blanco „La Danza“
Blanco Semi Dulce
The off-dry “Blanco Semi Dulce” combines Viognier, Moscatel and Malvasia – all three grape varieties that are ideal for sweet wines because they combine pronounced fruitiness with a fine spiciness. Whether enjoyed on its own or with (preferably spicy) food, Blanco Semi Dulce is always a taste sensation.
Blanco Dulce
Aromatically similar to the Semi Dulce but sweeter in taste, the “Dulce” appeals to connoisseurs who know that only a certain residual sweetness can bring out the full complexity of the fruit.
